Suunto Oy distributes its products, services and technical support only through its worldwide network of authorized Suunto distributors and retailers. These authorized distributors and retailers are the only locations that are able to guide you in the proper maintenance of your Dive Computer and equipments, and provide you with ongoing service and support for the Suunto products that you purchase. Distributors and retailers will take care of sending your product to authorized Suunto service center if they have not been authorized for services.

ONLY products purchased from Authorized Suunto Retailer are eligible for ANY warranty or service program coverage. NEW! To proof your warranty you need to have copy of proof of purchase or signed warranty card which is following every product attached to back page of instruction manual.

* Wristop Computers manufactured 2 years
(computers manufactured before 1st of January 2002 1 year)
* Dive Instruments 2 years (dive computers, pressure gauges, depth gauges, dive compasses)
* High pressure hoses and dive instrument accessories 1 year
Service Warranty Period:
* All products that have been repaired by authorised Suunto service center will have three (3) months service warranty.
DOES SUUNTO PRODUCTS HAVE INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY?
Suunto products do not have an international warranty.
HOW TO RETURN MY SUUNTO TO WARRANTY SERVICE?
If a claim under warranty appears to be necessary, return the product, freight prepaid, to your Suunto dealer who is responsible for having your product repaired. Include your name and address, proof of purchase and/or service registration card, as required in your country. The claim will be honored and the product repaired or replaced at no charge and returned in what your Suunto dealer determines a reasonable amount of time, provided all necessary parts are in stock. All repairs made, not covered under the terms of this warranty, will be made at the owner's expense. This warranty is nontransferable from the original owner. If it is not possible to contact your Suunto dealer, contact your local Suunto distributor for further information. You can locate your local Suunto distributors, retailers and service centers from the instruction manual of each product. Manuals are downloadable from the Download Center.
DO I RECEIVE SERVICE IN OTHER COUNTRIES THAN FROM WHERE MY COMPUTER IS BOUGHT?
You can have service everywhere around the world where we have official Suunto retailers, distributors and service centers. You will though be charged for local labor and possible shipment costs but not for used spare parts for warranty repairs. You also have to be able to proof that your warranty is valid. In order to have free of charge warranty service you have to return you products to the retailer from where you have bought your product as described in the section "How to return my Suunto to warranty service?".

WHAT ARE ORIGINAL SUUNTO ACCESSORIES?
Original Suunto accessories are distributed only through Suunto's worldwide network of authorized Suunto distributors and retailers. Original Suunto Accessories are tested to be compatible with Suunto products and therefore can be used safely.
NOTE! Damages caused by non-original accessories will not be covered by warranty.
